We'll give you a conservative after repair value (ARV) with the comps used to build that estimate. We walk the houses and build a repair cost estimate that we will share with you, including a cache of photos to help you validate the rehab budget with your construction partners.
Gap Funding
As a service, Gen47 has two subsidiaries to lend gap funds on rehab projects.
If you need less than $30k for earnest money or a gap lend on your fix and flip, ask us about getting a small private money lend. We are not Hard Money Lenders.
